Why use the Quick Search Box?
  • Quick search allows you to either broaden or narrow your search.  If you select shirts from the Hospitality menu, it will show all shirts coded to that category.  If you use the search box, you can type in dealer shirts or emt shirts and get a more focused result.  On the other hand, you can also type in just shirts, and then you will get all shirts, whether it is for the hospitality industry or for first responder job descriptions.

What do I do if I don't see the sizes or colors I need in your scroll boxes?
  • Each detail page includes a link which will connect you to an e-mail form to our Sales Staff.  Click that link, and describe your particular needs.  You will be contacted by e-mail with information regarding availability of the merchandise in which you have indicated an interest.

Can I order on-line?
  • Corporate clients with established accounts have private stores through which employees may order on-line.
  • If you are not yet a corporate client with an RTUT-based webstore, click the link on the product detail page to contact an account rep who will respond to your questions and take your orders.

What are the Shipping Charges?
  • Merchandise from Red the Uniform Tailor is normally shipped by UPS within 72 hours following receipt of your order, Mondays - Fridays, based on its in-stock status, or its  availability from the vendor.  You will have the option on your final shopping cart billing form, to request UPS second day or Federal Express overnight.  If you have a specific deadline to meet, we suggest that you e-mail a request for information  regarding the availability of the item(s) in question.
  • The per order handling fee is $5.50.  Special consideration is given for large orders.
  • Appropriate shipping charges will be added depending on your options and destination.
  • Please Note: international shipping charges can be excessive.  Upon receipt of your order, we will notify you of the total charges and await your confirmation to proceed.  Please be sure to include your e-mail address so that we can contact you.International customers are responsible for all customs charges.
  • In case of return:
    The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
  • International customers are also responsible for all customs charges.

What is your exchange policy?

  • Exchanges are limited to stock items which have not been altered in any way.  Authorization from customer service is required.  You are responsible for shipping and handling charges on exchanges.  International customers are also responsible for customs fees.


RTUT is not responsible for typographical errors.
